| Description |
Mixed use development of 2 towers each of 35 floors. The first tower holds a 200 rooms 5 star hotel with 100 serviced apartments. The second tower holds 54,000 sq.m. office space. Both towers are resting on a 3 floors podium structure which holds a 14,000 sq.m retail mall. The complex is located on the Airport road, one of the main urban spines passing through Tripoli. |

| Concept |
The concept of the complex is to express the local libyan architecture in a contemporary style and to freeze the moment of change that Libya is enjoying. The contrast between the mosaic type of landscape on the top of the podium with its stone finish which resembles the traditional Ghadamis city with its organic fabric, and the two contemporary glass towers which are peeled off that organic fabric express the birth of the future out of the past. |
